Yes. The request page is built for long lists — add rows one by one, or use “Paste a list” to add many products in one go, one per line.

The product name and quantity are enough to start. A link, brand, size or colour and any notes (for example, alternatives you'd accept) help us find exactly what you want, faster.

We usually respond within one working day with availability and a quote. Complex or hard-to-find requests may take longer; we'll keep you posted.

Yes — reply to our email or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. Changes are easy before we purchase; after purchase, changes depend on the seller.

No. Placing a request is free and there's no online payment on the website. We review your list, confirm availability and send you a full quote — product bill, shipping estimate and our service charge — before anything is purchased.

Our service charge starts from ₹2,500 per request (conditions apply). The actual product bill and shipping costs are charged separately at cost. The final service charge depends on the number of items and the effort involved, and is always confirmed with you upfront.

Once you approve the quote, we share payment details. Payment options are confirmed with each quote.

We coordinate shipping to most countries through reputed courier partners. Delivery options, timelines and costs vary by destination and parcel weight — we'll share the best options for your location with your quote.

Sourcing usually takes a few days depending on the items. Once shipped, express couriers typically take 3–7 working days and economy options longer. Customs clearance can add time.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise in your quote.

Yes. We coordinate purchases from multiple sellers and consolidate them into a single shipment where feasible, which usually saves on shipping.

Absolutely. Share what you'd like to send and the recipient's address. You don't have to step out, search or coordinate — we'll support you through the whole process.

Tell us what you have and where you are. Pickup within Chennai may be possible; for other locations we'll suggest the easiest way to get it to us.
